Welcome to the North Okanagan Chapter
|
The North Okanagan Chapter (NOFCA) was formed in the early 1990s with a view to making workshops and training more accessible for artists in the Okanagan, as well as providing peer interaction and support. The Chapter has approximately 45 members consisting of four membership levels. The boundaries for the North Okanagan Chapter are north to Salmon Arm, south to Oyama, and east to Cherryville. The majority of members are in the
greater Vernon area, although members come from as far south as Westbank and north to Sicamous. Members meet for activities approximately once a month (except for summer months), host several workshops per year, one or two juried exhibitions, as well as one or two informal exhibitions. |

This workshop with the jurors, Ken Gillespie, Gaye Adams and our own Colleen Dyson was a big hit. It was well attended and the feedback has been very positive.
